Just establishing a QMS to ensure minimum compliance to management standards like ISO9001:2015 or equivalent is not enough to get the most benefits from a QMS. Minimal compliance to any standard doesn’t help a business succeed and ensure customer satisfaction. It defeats the real purpose of such standards, and beyond a tick mark, doesn’t provide much value. For that to happen, there is a need to use the framework of such a QMS standard and build robust QMS around it.
Similarly, just digitizing the QMS by itself will not provide you with the best results. It’s equally important to implement proven best practices across the business processes, to drive significant efficiency & effectiveness gains. This is where I help customers with my extensive QMS background, to make the most of their QMS.
